I am a director of animated, hybrid, and live-action content for television and commercials. I began my career in my hometown of Chicago after earning a degree in film from Syracuse University and quickly found  a passion for stop-motion animation. There I went on to direct a number of award winning animated shorts. Those early days of success in Chicago led me to NYC to work with Robert Smigel and Saturday Night Live, directing segments for Saturday TV Funhouse, namely the perennial holiday sketch, “Christmastime for the Jews”. Shortly thereafter, I made the cross country leap to Los Angeles and found myself at home in the city of angels.

My current focus in advertising and branded content has afforded me to opportunity to direct commercials for Target, Carl’s Jr. Goldfish Crackers, Ziploc, Easy Off, to name a few.
